Use of this Website
Under Australian laws, it is an offence to supply alcohol to persons aged under 18 years old and for such persons to purchase or receive liquor.
You may only use this website if you are aged 18 years or over, or otherwise over the legal drinking age in your country of residence. Please immediately exit this website if you do not meet these requirements.
Prices
All prices quoted for wine are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST & Wine Equalisation Tax (WET). Any orders of 12 bottles or more include free delivery, Australia wide. Freight will be charged at a flat rate of $18.00 per case for any orders of less than 12 bottles, Australia wide.
Please note our trading name, as it will appear on your bank statement, is The Usual Suspects Collective Pty Ltd.
Buyers
To buy wine via the website, the buyer must be at least 18 years of age, be located within Australia and specify a delivery address within Australia. Under law, alcoholic beverages can only be sold or supplied to persons aged 18 years of age or over. By placing an order, the buyer confirms they are at least 18 years of age. If buying wine as a gift, the recipient must also be at least 18 years of age.
Delivery
Please allow up to 14 days for your wine to arrive after receiving confirmation of your order. If you have not received your wines within this timeframe please contact us and we will trace your delivery.
We use Australia Post for our deliveries. Depending on your state of residency, if you are not at home at the time when they deliver, Australia Post may leave a card in your letter box for you to contact your local Australia Post Outlet to organise pick up
International shipping not available via this site. For all international shipping enquiries, please contact our office.
Refunds and Returns
We will replace any wine that has been damaged in the delivery process or is faulty. Furthermore, if you are not 100% happy with your wine purchase for any reason, we will be also pleased to replace it.
